Evidence before claims

A certificate matters only when its entity, scope and voltage class match.

Build an evidence index that connects accessory, cable interface, process, test, lot and project. A badge wall is not a technical file.

01

Identity

Product code, accessory family, voltage class, cable construction, drawing revision and contracting entity.

02

Inputs

Material, connector, lug, sealing and kit-component records with acceptance criteria and any market restrictions.

03

Process

Assembly route, control points, installation instructions, dimensional tolerances and change-management record.

04

Tests

Routine, type or project tests agreed for the selected SKU, standard, voltage class and destination.

05

Release

Lot reference, quantity, packing list, inspection status, approved drawing and authorized release status.

06

Shipment

Commercial invoice, packing list, origin or conformity documentation and destination-project records where required.

Reference is not approval

Standards language needs the right scope.

GB, IEC and railway references are reviewed against the exact accessory, voltage class, cable construction and test method.

Certificate scope must identify the issuing body, entity, site, product family, validity and applicable market.

Project references inform questions; they do not prove a FEICHEER production site, current approval or suitability for a new project.

Final ratings, test results, installation instructions and conformity documents are agreed per product and order.
